and his uncles are a group whose ignorance is compensated by their number, and he narrated from his uncle ʿUthmān ibn Abī Ḥāzim al-Bajalī, who is considered acceptable by al-Ḥāfiẓ in "al-Taqrīb." It is as if for this reason al-Ḥāfiẓ remained silent about him in "al-Fatḥ" (6/131) and considered it in agreement with al-Bukhārī's statement in "Ṣaḥīḥ": "Chapter: If a people accept Islam in the land of war and they have wealth and lands, it belongs to them."

"If a man points a weapon at his brother, they are both on the brink of Hell. If he kills him, they both fall into it." It was recorded by al-Ṭayālisī in "Musnad" (1/289/1468 - his arrangement) who narrated from Shuʿbah, from Manṣūr, from Rabiʿī ibn Ḥirāsh, from Abū Bakrah that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. And through the route of al-Ṭayālisī, it was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (2/176). I say: This isnād is authentic according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs, and it was recorded by Muslim (8/170), Ibn Mājah (2/471), and Aḥmad (5/41) through other routes from Shuʿbah with similar wording. The wording of Muslim and Aḥmad is: "If two Muslims confront each other with weapons, they are on the brink of Hell. If one kills the other, they both enter it." And in another ḥadīth of Abū Bakrah: "It was said, O Messenger of Allāh, this is the killer, but what about the one killed? He said: He intended to kill his companion." Both recorded it.

"When a Muslim servant falls ill, Allāh, the Exalted, says to those who record: Write for him the best of what he used to do when he was free until I release him." It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/205) and Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (8/309) through routes from Abū Bakr ibn ʿAyyāsh who said:
