(5/237-238) and Ibn ʿAsākir in "al-Tārīkh" (17/220/2) all from Mālik from Abū al-Zubayr al-Makkī that Abū al-Ṭufayl ʿĀmir ibn Wāthilah informed him that Muʿādh ibn Jabal informed him, saying: "We went out with the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) in the year of the Battle of Tabūk. He would combine the prayers, so he prayed ẓuhr and ʿaṣr together, and maghrib and ʿishāʾ together until one day he delayed the prayer. Then he came out and prayed ẓuhr and ʿaṣr together, then went inside, then came out again and prayed maghrib and ʿishāʾ together. Then he said: 'Tomorrow, if Allāh wills, you will come to the spring of Tabūk, and you will not reach it until the day is bright. Whoever among you reaches it should not touch its water until I arrive.'" So we came to it, and two men had preceded us to it, and the spring was like a shoelace, trickling with a little water. He said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) asked them: 'Did you touch any of its water?' They said: 'Yes.' The Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) rebuked them and said to them whatever Allāh willed him to say. He said: Then they scooped with their hands from the spring little by little until something gathered. He said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) washed his hands and face in it, then returned it to the spring, and the spring flowed with abundant water, or he said copious, until the people drank from it. Then he said ... " and he mentioned it. The ḥadīth was also narrated by Ibn Khuzaymah in "Ṣaḥīḥ" (no. 968) and Ibn Ḥibbān (549) from Mālik with it.
(٥ / ٢٣٧ -٢٣٨) وابن عساكر في " التاريخ " (١٧ / ٢٢٠ / ٢) كلهم عن مالك عن أبي الزبيرالمكي أن أبا الطفيل عامر بن واثلة أخبره أن معاذ بن جبل أخبره قال: " خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ عام غزوة تبوك، فكان يجمع الصلاة، فصلى الظهر والعصر جميعا والمغرب والعشاء جميعا حتى إذا كان يوم أخر الصلاة، ثم خرج فصلى الظهر والعصر جميعا، ثم دخل، ثم خرج بعد ذلك، فصلى المغرب والعشاء جميعا، ثم قال: " إنكم ستأتون غدا إن شاء الله تعالى عين تبوك وإنكم لن تأتوها حتى يضحى النهار، فمن جاءها منكم فلا يمس من مائها شيئا حتى آتي ". فجئناها وقد سبقنا إليها رجلان، والعين مثل الشراك تبض بشيء من ماء، قال: فسألهما رسول الله ﷺ: هل مسستما من مائها شيئا؟ قالا: نعم. فسبهما النبي ﷺ، وقال لهما ما شاء الله أن يقول، قال: ثم غرفوا بأيديهم من العين قليلا قليلا حتى اجتمع في شيء، قال: وغسل رسول الله ﷺ فيه يديه ووجهه، ثم أعاد فيها، فجرت العين بماء منهمر، أو قال غزير حتى استسقى الناس ثم قال ... " فذكره. والحديث رواه ابن خزيمة أيضا في " صحيحه " (رقم ٩٦٨) وابن حبان (٥٤٩) عن مالك به.
"Three whose supplication is not rejected: one who remembers Allāh much, the supplication of the oppressed, and the just leader." Narrated by al-Bayhaqī in "al-Shuʿab" (2/399/1) through al-Bukhārī: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī al-Aswad narrated to us, Ḥumayd ibn al-Aswad narrated to us, ʿAbd Allāh ibn Saʿīd ibn Abī Hind narrated to us from Sharīk ibn Abī Namr from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār who said: I heard Abū Hurayrah from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: and he mentioned it
" ثلاثة لا يرد دعاؤهم: الذاكر الله كثيرا ودعوة المظلوم والإمام المقسط ". أخرجه البيهقي في " الشعب " (٢ / ٣٩٩ / ١) من طريق البخاري حدثنا عبد الله بن أبي الأسود حدثنا حميد بن الأسود حدثنا عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي هند عن شريك ابن أبي نمر عن عطاء بن يسار قال: سمعت أبا هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: فذكره.
