there is another route for the ḥadīth from ʿĀʾishah, in a shortened form with the wording: "Indeed, Allāh supports...". And it has already been mentioned. It has a corroborating narration with the wording: "Indeed, the Holy Spirit is with you as long as you satirize them." It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (3/487) through the route of ʿĪsá ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, who narrated to us from ʿAdī ibn Thābit, from al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said to Ḥassān ibn Thābit: and he mentioned it. He said: It is authentic. And al-Dhahabī agreed with him. And it is as they said. It has also been narrated by others than ʿĪsá from ʿAdī and others with the wording: (Satirize the polytheists). - "Allāh admitted into Paradise a man who was easygoing in buying, selling, judging, and seeking his rights." It was recorded by al-Bukhārī in "al-Tārīkh al-Kabīr" (3/2/267), al-Nasāʾī (2/234), Ibn Mājah (2/20-21), Aḥmad (1/58, 67, 70), and al-Kharāʾiṭī in "Makārim al-Akhlāq" (p. 54) through the route of ʿAṭāʾ ibn Furūkh from ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I said: Its narrators are trustworthy, the men of the two Shaykhs, except for ʿAṭāʾ ibn Furūkh, whom only Ibn Ḥibbān declared trustworthy, and two people narrated from him. ʿAlī ibn al-Madīnī mentioned in "al-ʿIlal" that he did not meet ʿUthmān (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu). And al-Būṣīrī critiqued it for being disconnected in "al-Zawāʾid" (136/2). It was also recorded by al-Ṭayālisī in "Musnad" (1/262/1307): Shuʿbah narrated to us from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār from a man from ʿUthmān with it. And it is a narration for Aḥmad. And perhaps this man is Ibn Furūkh. But the ḥadīth has a corroborating narration with the wording: "May Allāh forgive a man from those before you who was easygoing when he sold, easygoing when he bought, and easygoing when he sought his rights."
