and it is recorded by al-Bukhārī (10/256 - Fatḥ) through the route of al-Aʿraj from Abū Hurayrah, elevated in the first part of it, and he added: "let the right be the first to be put on and the last to be taken off." In another narration from this route: "None of you should walk in one sandal; let him put them both on or take them both off." The ḥadīth is attributed in "Dhail al-Jāmiʿ al-Ṣaghīr" (Q 8/2) to Ibn Ḥibbān in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" from Abū Hurayrah. I did not see it in "Mawārid al-Ẓamʾān" by al-Haythamī, so I do not know which of them is mistaken.

- "Two dead animals and two types of blood have been made lawful for us. As for the dead animals, they are fish and locusts, and as for the blood, it is the liver and spleen." It was narrated by Aḥmad (2/97), ʿAbd ibn Ḥumayd in "al-Muntaqā min al-Musnad" (89/2), al-ʿUqaylī (231), Ibn Mājah (3314), Ibn ʿAdī (229/1), al-Ḥākim, al-Bayhaqī (1/254), al-Baghawī in "Sharḥ al-Sunnah" (3/185/2), and Ibn Tharthāl in "Sadāsiyyāt" (223/1) from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Zayd ibn Aslam from his father from Ibn ʿUmar, elevated. Al-ʿUqaylī said: "ʿAbd Allāh said: I heard my father weaken ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Zayd ibn Aslam, saying: He narrated a rejected ḥadīth, the ḥadīth of 'Two dead animals have been made lawful for us.'" I said: His brother Usāmah and ʿAbd Allāh followed him. It was produced by Ibn ʿAdī (27/1) from Ismāʿīl ibn Abī Uways from all three of them, and he said: "The sons of Zayd ibn Aslam are considered weak, but their ḥadīths are written, and some are close to others in the field of narrations. I did not find any ḥadīth from Usāmah ibn Zayd with a rejected isnād or matn, and I hope he is sound." Then it was narrated by Ibn ʿAdī (216/2) through the route of Masʿūd ibn Sahl, who said: Yāḥyā ibn Ḥassān narrated to us, saying: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Zayd ibn Aslam and Sulaymān ibn Bilāl narrated from Zayd ibn Aslam with it. He said: "This revolves around the elevation by the three brothers: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Zayd, ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, and Usāmah. As for Ibn Wahb, he narrates it from Sulaymān ibn Bilāl as a mawqūf narration."
