and Baqiyyah narrated it with another isnād, saying: "Baḥīr ibn Saʿd narrated to me from Khālid ibn Maʿdān, Jubayr ibn Nufayr narrated to us that ʿUmar al-Jumʿī narrated to him that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it." It was recorded by Aḥmad (4/135). This isnād is good if Baqiyyah preserved it accurately; otherwise, the preserved version is what ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr narrated from his father from ʿAmr ibn al-Ḥamq as in the first path. وقد رواه بقية بإسناد آخر فقال: حدثني بحير بن سعد عن خالد بن معدان حدثنا جبير بن نفير أن عمر الجمعي حدثه أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: فذكره. أخرجه أحمد (٤/ ١٣٥) . وهذا إسناد جيد إن كان بقية قد حفظه وإلا فالمحفوظ ما روى عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير عن أبيه عن عمرو بن الحمق كما في الطريق الأولى. انظر ترجمة عمر الجمعي هذا في " الإصابة " للحافظ ابن حجر.
"between these two times." It was recorded by al-Bazzār (43): "Muḥammad ibn al-Muthanná narrated to us, Khālid ibn al-Ḥārith narrated to us from Ḥumayd from Anas who said: 'The Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) was asked about the time for the morning prayer. He prayed when the dawn broke, then delayed until it was bright, then said: Where is the one who asked about the time for the morning prayer? Between...'" I say: This isnād is authentic according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs, and it is among the evidences for those who say that the best time for the Fajr prayer is during the darkness, and the Messenger (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) practiced this throughout his life as established in authentic ḥadīths. It is only recommended to finish it during the brightness, which is meant by his saying (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam): "Perform the Fajr prayer during brightness, for it is greater in reward." It is an authentic ḥadīth recorded by al-Bazzār and others from Anas, and ʿĀṣim ibn ʿUmar ibn Qatādah from his grandfather, and it is in "al-Sunan" and other collections from the ḥadīth of Rāfiʿ ibn Khadīj, and it is referenced in "al-Mishkāt" (614) and "al-Irwāʾ" (258), and it is under publication.
" ما بين هذين وقت ". أخرجه البزار (٤٣) : حدثنا محمد بن المثنى حدثنا خالد بن الحارث عن حميد عن أنس قال: " سئل النبي ﷺ عن وقت صلاة الغداة؟ فصلى حين طلع الفجر، ثم أسفر بعد، ثم قال: أين السائل عن وقت صلاة الغداة؟ ما بين... ". قلت: وهذا إسناد صحيح على شرط الشيخين وهو من أدلة القائلين بأن الوقت الأفضل لصلاة الفجر إنما هو الغلس وعليه جرى الرسول ﷺ طيلة حياته كما ثبت في الأحاديث الصحيحة وإنما يستحب الخروج منها في الإسفار وهو المراد بقوله ﷺ: " أسفروا بالفجر، فإنه أعظم للأجر ". وهو حديث صحيح أخرجه البزار وغيره عن أنس، وعاصم بن عمر بن قتادة عن جده وهو في " السنن " وغيرها من حديث رافع بن خديج، وهو مخرج في " المشكاة " (٦١٤) وفي " الإرواء " (٢٥٨) ، وهو تحت الطبع.
"Preserve my honor among my Companions, then those who follow them, then those who follow them, then falsehood will spread until a man will testify without being asked to testify, and will swear an oath without being asked to swear." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (2/64) from the path of Jarīr from ʿAbd al-Malik ibn ʿUmayr from Jābir ibn Samurah who said: "ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb delivered a sermon to us at (al-Jābiyah), saying: 'The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) stood among us in my place among you, and said' and he mentioned it."
" احفظوني في أصحابي، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم يفشوا الكذب حتى يشهد الرجل وما يستشهد ويحلف وما يستحلف ". أخرجه ابن ماجة (٢ / ٦٤) من طريق جرير عن عبد الملك بن عمير عن جابر بن سمرة قال: " خطبنا عمر بن الخطاب بـ (الجابية) ، فقال: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قام فينا مقامي فيكم، فقال " فذكره.
