thus the ḥadīth is established. And all praise is due to Allāh, the Exalted.

"The best of your leaders are those whom you love and who love you, who pray for you and you pray for them. The worst of your leaders are those whom you hate and who hate you, whom you curse and who curse you." It was said: "O Messenger of Allāh, should we not fight them with the sword?" He said: "No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you see something from your rulers that you dislike, then dislike their actions but do not withdraw your obedience." Narrated by Muslim (6/24), al-Dārimī (2/324), and Aḥmad (6/24, 28) from the ḥadīth of ʿAwf ibn Mālik.

"He would perform cupping on the two veins at the side of the neck and the upper part of the back, and he would perform cupping on the seventeenth, nineteenth, and twenty-first [of the lunar month]." Narrated by al-Tirmidhī (2/5) and al-Ḥākim (4/210) through the route of Hammām and Jarīr ibn Ḥāzim, who said: "Qatādah narrated to us from Anas, raised [to the Prophet]." Al-Ḥākim said: "Authentic according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs." Al-Dhahabī agreed with him. And it is as they said. It has a corroborating narration from Ibn ʿAbbās with the wording: "He would perform cupping on the seventeenth..." Narrated by al-Ḥākim (4/409) through the route of ʿAbbād ibn Manṣūr from ʿIkrimah from Ibn ʿAbbās, raised [to the Prophet]. And he said: "The isnād is authentic." Al-Dhahabī refuted him by saying: "I say: No."
