"authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī" and al-Dhahabī agreed! Ibn ʿAsākir said, "This is a good ḥadīth." I said: There is a disagreement regarding the hearing of Ḥasan from ʿImrān, and he is known for tadlīs and has used the term ʿanʿana, and ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ṣāliḥ, although he is one of al-Bukhārī's teachers, has weakness due to his memory. His statement "Whoever fights..." was recorded by the authors of the Sunan and others from the ḥadīth of Muʿādh, authenticated by Ibn Ḥibbān and al-Ḥākim, and some of its chains are authentic.
