I said: This is a good isnād, its narrators are trustworthy except for Bishr ibn ʿAbd Allāh, whom Ibn Abī Ḥātim mentioned (1/1/361) without any criticism or endorsement, but a group of trustworthy narrators report from him, and he is according to Ibn Ḥibbān's criteria, so he might be in his book "al-Thiqāt". And ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn ʿUmar, despite being among the narrators of the two Shaykhs, has been spoken about; al-Dhahabī included him in "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ" and said: "Trustworthy, but Abū Mus-hir weakened him." Al-Ḥāfiẓ said in "al-Taqrīb": "Truthful but makes mistakes." The ḥadīth was attributed by al-Suyūṭī in "al-Jāmiʿ" to al-Khaṭīb alone, so he fell short!

"I find the meat of a sheep taken without the permission of its owners, feed it to the captives."
