his ḥadīth regarding the level of its acceptance as evidence, especially since the ḥadīth has a supporting narration from Abū Hurayrah. "that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) would not perform qunūt unless he was supplicating for someone or against someone." It was also recorded by Ibn Khuzaymah through the route of Abū Dāwūd: Ibrāhīm ibn Saʿd narrated to us from al-Zuhrī from Saʿīd and Abū Salamah from him. This is an authentic isnād according to the criteria of Muslim.

"Any guest who stays with a people and wakes up deprived, he is entitled to take enough for his hospitality, and there is no blame on him." It was recorded by al-Ṭaḥāwī in "Mushkil al-Āthār" (4/40) and Aḥmad (2/380) through the route of Muʿāwiyah ibn Ṣāliḥ from Abū Ṭalḥah, from Abū Hurayrah that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said it, and he mentioned it. I said: This isnād is authentic; its narrators are trustworthy according to the criteria of Muslim, except for Abū Ṭalḥah whose name is Nuʿaym ibn Ziyād, and he is trustworthy.

"He would not sleep until he recited al-Zumar and Banī Isrāʾīl." It was recorded by al-Tirmidhī (4/232 - Tuhfah), Ibn Khuzaymah in "Ṣaḥīḥ" (1/126/2), Ibn Naṣr in "Qiyām al-Layl" (p. 69), al-Ḥākim (2/434), and Aḥmad (6/68/122) through various routes from Ḥammād ibn Zayd from Abū Lubābah who said: ʿĀʾishah said it, and he mentioned it as marfūʿ.
