she said: ʿĀʾishah narrated to me that she asked the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) about his saying: "The whole earth will be in His grip on the Day of Resurrection and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand." She asked: Where will the people be on that day, O Messenger of Allāh? He said: They will be on the bridge over Hellfire. I said: And this isnād is authentic; its narrators are trustworthy, the men of the two Shaykhs, except for ʿAnbasah ibn Saʿīd, who is Ibn al-Ḍarīs al-Asadī, and he is trustworthy without dispute.

"Indeed, the pre-dawn meal of the believer is dates." It was recorded by Ibn Ḥibbān (883) and al-Bayhaqī (4/236-237) from Muḥammad ibn Abī Bakr al-Muqaddamī, who narrated to us from Ibrāhīm ibn Abī al-Wazīr, who narrated to us from Muḥammad ibn Mūsá al-Madanī, from al-Maqburī, from Abū Hurayrah, from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam). I said: And this isnād is authentic; all its narrators are trustworthy, the men of the authentic collections. It has another route from Abū Hurayrah, elevated, with Abū ʿAwānah in his "Ṣaḥīḥ," and its text has an addition, but its isnād is very weak, and for that reason, I included it in the other series (1326). It has a corroborating narration from Jābir, and there are two routes from him: the first is from Zamʿah ibn Ṣāliḥ, from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār, from him, elevated with it. It was recorded by Ibn ʿAdī (Q 150/2), Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (3/350), al-Khaṭīb (2/286 - 12/438), and al-Salafī in the latter part of a session from "Amālī Abī Muṭīʿ al-Miṣrī."
