"beware of narrating from me except what you know" (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Tirmidhī). If he forbade the narration of weak [ḥadīth], then it is even more appropriate that he forbade acting upon it. As for this, I had structured the book into two parts: higher and lower. The first is like the main text, in which I included the texts of the ḥadīths or the necessary phrases from them, placing them in their appropriate locations, composing them together so that the book appears coherent from beginning to end. I was keen to preserve the text and wording of the ḥadīth as it appeared in the books of sunnah. It may have different wordings, and I chose one for the benefit of composition or other reasons. I may add other wordings to it, indicating this by saying: "In another wording: such and such" or "In another narration: such and such." I did not attribute them to their narrators among the Companions except rarely, nor did I specify who narrated them from the imams of ḥadīth to facilitate reading and review. As for the other part, it serves as an explanation of what precedes it. I extracted the ḥadīths mentioned in the upper part, thoroughly examining their wordings and paths, discussing their chains of transmission and supporting evidence, assessing them for reliability, critique, authenticity, and weakness according to the sciences of ḥadīth
