1 - He is exalted above His throne in His majesty by His essence, and He is near to His creation through His knowledge. His knowledge encompasses all matters, and He executes the predetermined decree among His creation. He is the Generous, the Forgiving. "He knows the treachery of the eyes and what the breasts conceal." (Sūrah Ghāfir, verse 19)
