by "your dying ones" it means those who are in the presence of death, because they are still in the abode of responsibility, and it is possible for them to benefit from being prompted, remember the testimony, and say it, thus becoming among the people of Paradise. As for prompting after death, although it is an innovation not mentioned in the sunnah, it is of no benefit because the person has moved from the abode of responsibility to the abode of recompense, and because they are not capable of remembering, "to warn whoever is alive." The form of prompting is that the person is instructed to say the testimony, and what is mentioned in some books that it should be mentioned in their presence without instructing them is contrary to the sunnah of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) as I have verified in "Kitāb al-Janāʾiz" (pp. 10-11), so refer to it.

- "If any of you feels drowsy in the mosque on Friday, let him move from his place to another." It was narrated by Abū Dāwūd (1119), al-Tirmidhī (2/404), Ibn Ḥibbān (571), al-Ḥākim (1/291), al-Bayhaqī (3/237), Aḥmad (2/22, 32), and Abū Nuʿaym in "Akhbār Aṣbahān" (2/186) through various chains from Muḥammad ibn Isḥāq from Nāfiʿ from Ibn ʿUmar who said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say it, and he mentioned it. Al-Tirmidhī said: "A ḥadīth that is ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ!" Al-Ḥākim said: "Ṣaḥīḥ according to the conditions of Muslim!" and al-Dhahabī agreed with him! This is what they said! Ibn Isḥāq is a known mudallis, and he used the ambiguous form of narration in all the chains from him, and perhaps for this reason al-Bayhaqī said afterwards:
