Sulaymān—who is al-Aʿmash—said: I asked him about al-Rawḥāʾ, and he said: It is thirty-six miles from Medina. Then Muslim and others narrated it from the ḥadīth of Abū Hurayrah in a similar manner, more complete than this; without mentioning al-Rawḥāʾ, and it is recorded in "Ṣaḥīḥ Abū Dāwūd" under number (529). The ḥadīth has another chain narrated by Ibn Lahīʿah: Abū al-Zubayr told us from Jābir in a marfūʿ manner similar to it. It was recorded by Aḥmad (3/336).

"Is not He who made him walk on two legs in the world able to make him walk on his face on the Day of Resurrection?!" It was recorded by al-Bukhārī (4760 and 6523), Muslim (8/135), Ibn Ḥibbān (7279), al-Nasāʾī in "al-Sunan al-Kubrā" (6/420/11367), al-Ṭabarī in "al-Tafsīr" (19/9), Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (2/343), and al-Baghawī in "Sharḥ al-Sunnah" (15/126), and Aḥmad (3/229), all from the path of Qatādah: Anas ibn Mālik (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu) told us: A man said: O Prophet of Allāh! Will the disbeliever be resurrected on his face on the Day of Resurrection?! He said: ... and he mentioned it. Qatādah said: Yes, by the might of our Lord! And the wording of al-Nasāʾī among them all is: "Indeed, He who made them walk on their feet is able to make them walk on their faces." And with a similar wording, al-Suyūṭī mentioned it in "al-Ziyādah" from the narration of the two Shaykhs, Aḥmad, and al-Nasāʾī!
