"and there we completed its extraction"—thus, the reference to it only served to confirm his oversight and to mislead his readers, and Allāh is the one whose help is sought! Yes, the ḥadīth is authentic due to the supporting evidence I presented before it. 5- As for the ḥadīth of Jābir, it is narrated by Sufyān from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār, who heard Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh say: Some people from among the Companions of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) drank wine in the morning, and then they were killed as martyrs on the Day of Uḥud. The Jews said: "Some of those who were killed died with it in their stomachs!" Then Allāh revealed: "There is no blame on those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they consumed" (Sūrah al-Māʾidah, 93). It was narrated by Abū Bakr al-Bazzār in his "Musnad," and then he said: "And this is a sound isnād," as mentioned in "Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr" (2/95); he said: "And it is as he said, but there is strangeness in its text." I said: Perhaps the reason is that al-Bukhārī included it in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" through various chains from Sufyān—who is Ibn ʿUyaynah—without the statement of the Jews, and he added in one of his narrations (4618): "and that was before its prohibition." I only transferred it from the "Tafsīr" because I did not see it in "Kashf al-Astār ʿan Zawāʾid al-Bazzār" by al-Haythamī, nor in its abridgment by al-Ḥāfiẓ al-ʿAsqalānī, and I wished to refer back to its original "al-Baḥr al-Zakhkhār" known as "Musnad al-Bazzār," of which eight volumes have been published so far, and it does not include the Musnad of Jābir (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu). Al-Ḥāfiẓ also attributed it to him in "al-Fatḥ" (8/279)! And Allāh knows best. *
«وهناك استوفينا تخريجه» !فلم يستفد من الإحالة عليه إلا تأكيداً لغفلته، وتغريراً بقرائه، والله المستعان!نعم؛ الحديث صحيح بالشواهد التي قدمتها بين يديه. ٥- وأما حديث جابر؛ فيرويه سفيان عن عمرو بن دينار سمع جابر بنعبد الله يقول:اصطبح ناس الخمر من أصحاب النبي ﷺ، ثم قُتلوا شهداء يوم أحد،فقالت اليهود: فقد مات بعض الذين قتلوا وهي في بطونهم! فأنزل الله: "ليسعلى الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات جناح فيما طعموا". رواه أبو بكر البزار في «مسنده» ، ثم قال:«وهذا إسناد صحيح» ؛ كما في «تفسير ابن كثير» (٢/٩٥) ؛ وقال:«وهو كما قال، ولكن في متنه غرابة» . قلت: لعل وجهه أن البخاري أخرجه في «صحيحه» من طرق عن سفيان -وهوابن عيينة - دون جملة اليهود، وزاد في رواية له (٤٦١٨) :وذلك قبل تحريمها. وإنما نقلته من «التفسير» ؛ لأني لم أره في «كشف الأستار عن زوائد البزار»للهيثمي، ولا في «مختصره» للحافظ العسقلاني، وكنت أود الرجوع إلى أصله«البحر الزخار» المعروف بـ «مسند البزار» ، وقد صدر منه حتى الآن ثمانية أجزاء،ليس فيها مسند جابر ﵁، وقد عزاه إليه الحافظ أيضاً في «الفتح»(٨/٢٧٩) ! والله ﷾ أعلم. *
