she said: "From the bathhouse." The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said to her: ... and he mentioned it. I said: This isnād is good; its men are trustworthy, the men of Muslim, and some have remarks that do not harm. It is briefly referenced in "Ādāb al-Zafāf" (p. 140), "Ghayat al-Marām" (pp. 136-137), and "al-Taʿlīq al-Raghīb" (1/90/8). Al-Mundhirī said about it: "It was narrated by Aḥmad and al-Ṭabarānī in 'al-Kabīr' with isnāds, its men are the men of (the Ṣaḥīḥ)." Thus he said! There is a gap in it, as al-Haythamī said in "al-Majmaʿ" (1/277): "... and the men of one of them are the men of (the Ṣaḥīḥ)." Moreover, their statement: "with isnāds" is incorrect, and the correct is: "with two isnāds"; because they only have another isnād, narrated by ʿAbd Allāh ibn Lahīʿah from Zabān ibn Fāʾid from Sahl ibn Muʿādh from his father, that he heard Umm al-Dardāʾ say: "I went out one day from the bathhouse, and the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) met me and said: 'Where from, O Umm al-Dardāʾ?!'" She said: "From the bathhouse." He said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul! No woman puts off her clothes anywhere other than in one of her mothers' houses except that she tears down every veil between her and the Most Merciful." It was narrated by Aḥmad (6/361-362) and al-Ṭabarānī (24/252-253/645). Rishdīn ibn Saʿd followed him, narrating from Zabān ibn Fāʾid with it. It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī (646)
