in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (253), then I provided further clarification and verification, and refuted those among the ignorant contemporaries who deemed it good, under number (5188). 2- As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar, I had previously included it in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" under number (255) before the goodness of the isnād of Ibn Ḥujayrah, also mentioned there (254), became clear to me. Therefore, there is no need to repeat it, especially since its extraction is lengthy, as it is narrated by six of the ḥuffāẓ, and then I found a seventh, which is al-Bayhaqī in "al-Sunan" (7/102). 3- As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās, it has two paths: the first is from Basṭām ibn Ḥabīb: al-Qāsim ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us from Abū Ḥāzim from him with the ḥadīth of the chapter. Al-Bayhaqī also recorded it and remained silent about it! As for Basṭām, I did not find a biography for him. Al-Qāsim ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān is al-Anṣārī, weakened by Abū Ḥātim, and Abū Zurʿah said: "His ḥadīth is rejected."
