and Ibn Saʿd in "al-Ṭabaqāt" (325-326), and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (24/245/629) from the route of Shuʿbah from Ḥuṣayn ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān: I heard Abū ʿUbaydah ibn Ḥudhayfah narrating from his aunt Fāṭimah who said: We came to the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) to visit him among women, and there was a water skin hanging near him, dripping its water upon him (in another narration: upon his chest) due to the severity of the fever's heat he was experiencing. We said: O Messenger of Allāh! If only you would supplicate to Allāh and He would heal you. The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: ... and he mentioned it. Then al-Ṭabarānī also narrated it through other routes from Ḥuṣayn with it, and the other narration is in some of them. I say: This is a good isnād, its men are trustworthy and well-known, except for this Abū ʿUbaydah, who was deemed reliable by Ibn Ḥibbān, and a group of trustworthy narrators reported from him. Al-Haythamī said after the ḥadīth (2/292): "Aḥmad and al-Ṭabarānī narrated it in 'al-Kabīr' similarly... and the isnād of Aḥmad is ḥasan." Al-Ḥāfiẓ said in the biography of Fāṭimah bint al-Yamān from "al-Iṣābah": "Her ḥadīth was narrated by al-Nasāʾī and Ibn Saʿd with a strong isnād." He means this. In "al-Fatḥ" (10/111): "It was narrated by al-Nasāʾī and authenticated by al-Ḥākim." And he affirmed it. I say: I previously attributed it to al-Ḥākim, but it was left blank in the place I referred to, so I do not know if al-Ḥāfiẓ meant it, and the authentication was omitted by the copyist, or if he meant another place of it that I have not come across?
وابن سعد في"الطبقات " (٣٢٥- ٣٢٦) ، والطبراني في "المعجم الكبير" (٢٤/٢٤٥/٦٢٩) من طريق شعبة عن حُصين بن عبد الرحمن: سمعت أبا عُبيدة ابن حذيفة يحدث عن عمته فاطمة قالت: أتينا رسول الله ﷺ نعوده في نساء، فإذا سقاء معلق نحوه، يقطر ماؤه عليه (وفي رواية: على فؤاده) من شدة ما يجد من حرَّ الحمّى، قلنا: يا رسول الله! لو دعوت الله فشفاك، فقال رسول ﷺ: ... فذكره. ثم أخرجه الطبراني من طرق أخرى عن حصين به، والرواية الأخرى له في بعضها. قلت: وهذا إسناد جيد، رجاله ثقات معروفون، غير أبي عبيدة هذا، وقد وثقه ابن حبان، وروى عنه جمع من الثقات، وقال الهيثمي عقب الحديث (٢/٢٩٢) :"رواه أحمد والطبراني في "الكبير" بنحوه.. وإسناد أحمد حسن ". وقال الحافظ في ترجمة فاطمة بنت اليمان من "الإصابة":"أخرج حديثها النسائي وابن سعد بسند قوي ". يعني هذا. وفي "الفتح " (١٠/١١١) :"أخرجه النسائي وصححه الحاكم ". وأقره. فأقول: تقدم عزوه مني للحاكم، ولكنه بيض له في الموضع الذي أشرت إليه، فلا أدري إذا كان الحافظ يعنيه، ويكون التصحيح قد سقط من الناسخ، أو يعني مكاناً آخر ٍمنه لم أقف عليه؟
