"O agent! O sheikh of treachery! O sheikh of devils and devil of sheikhs! O fatwá of misguidance! O muftī, O charlatan! O.. O.." and so on, as recorded on his tape, until he went so far as to urge them to curse him! which brings upon him the text of the authentic elevated ḥadīth—if Allāh wills—how could it not, when his tyranny reached the point where he declared that all Islamic countries are not considered lands of Islam?! Based on this, he urged people to emigrate to the Jews! He said verbatim: "I see nothing but that migration is obligatory from Algeria to (Tel Aviv)!" And he said: "By Allāh! If I were given the choice—I swear by Allāh—between living in Jerusalem under Jewish occupation, and living in any Arab capital; I would choose to live in Jerusalem under Jewish occupation..." Despite all these dangerous statements religiously, politically, and socially; the man continued to spread his poison among the people in his sermons and gatherings, until many people were influenced by it and thought it to be true. Perhaps as a result of this, my house was raided by the (intelligence), and it was thoroughly searched for seven hours or more, and they confiscated about sixty letters from various Islamic countries and others, as well as many tapes belonging to me and other students of knowledge; under the pretext of searching for weapons and explosives!!
