(Whoever performs a prayer and does not complete it, it will be added to from his glorifications until it is completed). It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (18/22-23): ʿAbd Allāh ibn Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal narrated to us: al-Haytham ibn Khārijah narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn Ḥimīr narrated to us from ʿAmr ibn Qays al-Sakūnī who said: I heard ʿĀʾidh ibn Qurṭ say: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: ... and he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is authentic; its men are trustworthy, the men of al-Bukhārī, with a slight discussion regarding Muḥammad ibn Ḥimīr; except for ʿAbd Allāh ibn Aḥmad, who is a trustworthy ḥāfiẓ. The ḥadīth was also attributed by al-Ḥāfiẓ in the biography of ʿĀʾidh ibn Qurṭ in "al-Iṣābah" to al-Baghawī, Ibn Abī Khaythamah, and Ibn Shāhīn through the route of Qays ibn Muslim al-Sakūnī from ʿĀʾidh ibn Qurṭ with it, and he said: "Its isnād is good." Thus it occurred in it: "Qays ibn Muslim" inverted and distorted! Perhaps it is from the printer unless it was a slip of the pen from the author. Al-Haythamī said in "al-Majmaʿ" (1/291): "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in 'al-Kabīr' and its men are trustworthy." And from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Qurṭ who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said ... (I said: and he mentioned the ḥadīth and said:) It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" and its men are trustworthy." So I say: The Musnad of ʿAbd Allāh ibn Qurṭ from "al-Kabīr of al-Ṭabarānī" has not yet been printed for us to examine its isnād, and I think it is the one in al-Ṭabarānī's other book: "Musnad al-Shāmiyyīn"; for he said in it (2/493- the image): Aḥmad ibn al-Muʿallá al-Dimashqī narrated to us: Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us:
