al-Qawārīrī [narrated] from him in "al-Ḥilyah" first, and for the narration of the group from Manṣūr second. Sixth: Idrīs al-Awdī from Manṣūr, similar to it. It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī (no. 728) and in "al-Duʿāʾ" (415) he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAmr and Ibn Khālid al-Ḥarrānī narrated to us. My father narrated to us from Mūsá ibn Aʿyan from him with it, but from his (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) statement in the wording: "When you leave your house, say..." and he mentioned the supplication in singular form. I said: And this isnād [chain of transmission] has narrators who are trustworthy, the narrators of al-Bukhārī, except for Muḥammad ibn ʿAmr ibn Khālid al-Ḥarrānī, the teacher of al-Ṭabarānī, for whom I did not find a biography. Perhaps he is the one who altered this supplication, making it from his (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) command, contrary to everyone who narrated it from Manṣūr, as previously mentioned and will be mentioned, where they made it from his (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) action, which is correct. Perhaps he confused it with another ḥadīth in the chapter from Anas, similar to it, which is an authentic ḥadīth, as in "al-Kalim al-Ṭayyib" (49/58), and al-Ḥāfiẓ graded it as ḥasan in "al-Natāʾij" (1/163), and it includes his statement: "In the name of Allāh, I place my trust in Allāh." Then I saw in "al-Siyar" (10/428) describing him in the biography of his father as "the Imām." Seventh: Misʿar ibn Kidām from Manṣūr with it, like the narration of the group in singular form, as in the ḥadīth (fourth), and he added: "or I slip." It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Duʿāʾ" (731), and in "al-Kabīr" also (416) but he did not provide its wording, and it occurred with: "Maʿmar" instead of: "Misʿar ibn Kidām"!
