who is known as "al-Zamin," and both are among their men. The ḥāfiẓ said in "al-Taqrīb": "He and 'Bundār' were like two racing horses, and they died in the same year." However, the narrator from him, Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-Narsi, I did not find a biography for him, and al-Ṭabarānī narrated one ḥadīth from him in "al-Muʿjam al-Ṣaghīr" (129/147 - al-Rawḍ al-Naḍīr). In summary: the ḥadīth through al-Sājī is authentic, and the path of al-Narsi is a strong witness for it. Al-Haythamī said in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid" (10/63): "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī, and its men are the men of the authentic collections."
وهو المعروف بـ "الزَّمِن "، وكلاهما من رجالهما، قال الحافظ في "التقريب ":"وكان هو و"بندار" فَرَسَيْ رهان، وماتا في سنة واحدة". لكن الراوي عنه محمد بن صالح النرسي لم أجد له ترجمة، وقد روى له الطبراني في "المعجم الصغير" حديثاً واحداً (١٢٩/١٤٧- الروض النضير) . وبالجملة: فالحديث من طريق الساجي صحيح، وطريق النرسي شاهد قوي له. والحديث قال الهيثمي في "مجمع الزوائد" (١٠/٦٣) :"رواه الطبراني، ورجاله رجال الصحيح ". *

(If it pleases you to fulfill your vow, then free a slave from these. Meaning: from Banū al-ʿAnbar). It was recorded by Muslim (7/181) - without the full wording - and al-Ḥākim (4/84), and al-Bayhaqī (9/75) through the chain of Maslamah ibn ʿAlqamah al-Māzinī from Dāwūd ibn Abī Hind from ʿĀmir from Abū Hurayrah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu) who said: Three things I heard for Banū Tamīm from the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam); I will never dislike Banū Tamīm after them: ʿĀʾishah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhā) had a vow to free a slave from the descendants of Ismāʿīl, and captives were taken from Banū al-ʿAnbar. When those captives were brought, the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said to her... and mentioned the ḥadīth and said: He considered them from the descendants of Ismāʿīl. And a camel from the camels of charity was brought, and when he saw it, he was impressed by its beauty and said: "This is the camel of my people," thus he considered them his people, and he said:
(إن سَرَّك أنْ تفي بنذْركِ؛ فأعتقي مُحَرَّراً من هؤلاء. يعني: من بني العَنْبرِ) .أخرجه مسلم (٧/١٨١) - ولم يسق لفظه-، والحاكم (٤/٨٤) ، والبيهقي (٩/٧٥) من طريق مسلمة بن علقمة المازني عن داود بن أبي هند عن عامر عن أبي هريرة ﵁ قال:ثلاث سمعتهن لبني تميم من رسول الله ﷺ؛ لا أبغض بني تميم بعدهن أبداً:كان على عائشة ﵂ نذرُ محرَّر من ولد إسماعيل، فسُبِيَ سَبْيٌّ من بني العنبر، فلما جيء بذلك السبي، قال لها رسول الله ﷺ ... فذكر الحديث وقال: فجعلهم من ولد إسماعيل. وجيء بنَعَم من نعم الصدقة، فلما رآه راعه حسنه قال: فقال:"هذا نَعَمُ قومي "، فجعلهم قومه، قال: وقال:
