It was recorded by al-Bukhārī (11/329/6492), Aḥmad (3/157), and al-Bayhaqī in "Shuʿab al-Īmān" (5/454/7258). and the other: from Saʿīd ibn Zayd: ʿAlī ibn Zayd said: Anas ibn Mālik says ... and he mentioned it similarly; but he said: "from the major sins" instead of: "the destructive sins," but ʿAlī ibn Zayd—who is Ibn Judʿān—has some weakness. And with this wording, it was narrated by al-Ismāʿīlī in "al-Mustakhraj" through another route from Mahdī, who is Ibn Maymūn. But al-Ḥāfiẓ said: "And it seems he mentioned it by meaning." and the other: Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī said in "Musnad" (193/1353): Qurrāh and Sulaymān ibn al-Mughīrah narrated to us from Ḥumayd ibn Hilāl from Abū Qatādah al-ʿAdawī from ʿUbādah—ibn Qurṣ (1)—or Sulaymān said: ibn Qurṭ—and he was a Companion—he said: "By Allāh, you are indeed doing..." etc. And it was recorded by al-Bayhaqī in "al-Shuʿab" (7260) from the route of al-Ṭayālisī, and Aḥmad (5/79) from two other routes from Sulaymān ibn al-Mughīrah with it, and he added in the narration: "So I said to Abū Qatādah: What if he reached our time? Abū Qatādah said: He would have said it even more emphatically."
