It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/386), and Muslim also recorded it through another route from ʿAṭāʾ as mentioned earlier. The tenth: from al-Aʿraj from him, without the additions. It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/243), and its chain is authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim. Al-Tirmidhī said after the ḥadīth: "And in this chapter, there is also from Ibn ʿAbbās, ʿĀʾishah, and ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī Awfá. (He said:) The ḥadīth of Abū Hurayrah is ḥasan, ṣaḥīḥ, and gharīb from this perspective." I said: As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās, it was recorded by al-Bukhārī (12/67 and 65) and al-Nasāʾī (2/254) through the route of al-Fuḍayl ibn Ghazwān from ʿIkrimah from him, without the previously mentioned additions, except that he added at the end: "And he is not killed while he is a believer." Al-Bukhārī added in one of his narrations: "ʿIkrimah said: I said to Ibn ʿAbbās: How is faith taken away from him?! He said: Like this - and he intertwined his fingers and then separated them - if he repents, it returns to him like this. And he intertwined his fingers." As for the ḥadīth of ʿĀʾishah, it was recorded by Aḥmad (6/139) and Ibn Abī Shaybah (no. 39), with a chain whose men are trustworthy, except for the ʿanʿanah of Ibn Isḥāq. As for the ḥadīth of Ibn Abī Awfá, it was recorded by Ibn Abī Shaybah (40 and 41) with a good chain as I clarified in the commentary on it, and it was also recorded by Aḥmad (4/352-353). It was also narrated from the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar. Ibn Lahīʿah said: From Abū al-Zubayr who said: I asked Jābir: Did you hear the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: (and he mentioned only the part about adultery and theft)? Jābir said: I did not hear it. Jābir said: And Ibn ʿUmar informed me that he had heard it
أخرجه أحمد (٢ / ٣٨٦)، وأخرجه مسلم من طريق آخر عن عطاء كما سبق قريبا. العاشرة: عن الأعرج عنه. دون الزيادات. أخرجه أحمد (٢ / ٢٤٣)، وسنده صحيح على شرط الشيخين، وقال الترمذي عقب الحديث: " وفي الباب عن ابن عباس وعائشة وعبد الله بن أبي أوفى، (وقال:) حديث أبي هريرة حديث حسن صحيح غريب من هذا الوجه ". قلت: أما حديث ابن عباس، فأخرجه البخاري (١٢ / ٦٧ و ٦٥) والنسائي (٢ / ٢٥٤) من طريق الفضيل بن غزوان عن عكرمة عنه دون الزيادات المتقدمة، إلا أنه زاد في آخره: " ولا يقتل وهو مؤمن ". زاد البخاري في إحدى روايتيه: " قال عكرمة: قلت لابن عباس: كيف ينزع الإيمان منه؟! قال: هكذا - وشبك بين أصابعه ثم أخرجها - فإن تاب عاد إليه هكذا. وشبك بين أصابعه ". وأما حديث عائشة، فأخرجه أحمد (٦ / ١٣٩) وابن أبي شيبة (رقم ٣٩)، بإسناد رجاله ثقات، لولا عنعنة ابن إسحاق. وأما حديث ابن أبي أوفى، فأخرجه ابن أبي شيبة (٤٠ و ٤١) بسند حسن كما بينته في التعليق عليه، وأخرجه أحمد (٤ / ٣٥٢ - ٣٥٣) أيضا. وروي من حديث ابن عمر أيضا، فقال ابن لهيعة: عن أبي الزبير قال: سألت جابرا: أسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: (فذكر فقرة الزنى والسرقة فقط)؟ قال جابر: لم أسمعه. قال جابر: وأخبرني ابن عمر، وأنه قد سمعه.
