Al-Haythamī also mentioned them in "Tartīb al-Thiqāt" in a single sequence. And Allāh knows best. In summary, the chain of this ḥadīth is weak due to the unknown status of some of its narrators. As for al-Haythamī, he said in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid": "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī, and in it is Yaʿqūb ibn Muḥammad al-Zuhrī, who was deemed trustworthy by Ibn Ḥibbān and others, but was weakened by a group, while the rest of its men are trustworthy!"
