33 - "he forbade two gatherings and two garments..." (4/272) and he was silent about it, and al-Dhahabī strengthened it as previously explained under number (2905). 34 - "He is not one of us who swears by trust..." (4/298) and they both authenticated it, and it is included in "al-Ṣaḥīḥah" (94) and Ibn Ḥibbān also authenticated it, and it is in the previously mentioned ḥadīth under number (11), and it is one of the two ḥadīths that the one being refuted wronged, as was previously indicated at the beginning of this study. 35 - "Whoever says: I am free from Islam..." (also 4/298) and he and al-Dhahabī authenticated it, and it is included in "al-Irwāʾ" (2576) and it is the other of the two ḥadīths that the one referred to weakened, and he did not attribute it in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (560/120) to Aḥmad because he explicitly stated in his narration that ʿAbd Allāh ibn Buraydah heard it from his father! 36 - "If a man says to the hypocrite..." (4/311) and al-Ḥākim authenticated it, and al-Dhahabī weakened it due to someone below ʿAbd Allāh, but he is followed, and it is included in "al-Ṣaḥīḥah" (371 and 1389). 37 - The ḥadīth of the woman who gave charity to her mother with a slave girl (4/347) and he said: "Its isnād is authentic, and they did not include it!" And he erred in his correction of it on Muslim as previously noted (p. 982). 38 - The story of Māʿiz and the Ghamdī woman (4/363) and he and al-Dhahabī were silent about it, and it is previously mentioned in Muslim (p. 982). 39 - "Indeed, Allāh has a wind that He sends at the beginning of a hundred years..." (4/457) and they both authenticated it, and there is weakness and contradiction from those below ʿAbd Allāh ibn Buraydah. I have explained this in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (2576)
