and Isḥāq was followed up, as al-Bazzār said in his "Musnad" (3/43/2196): Muḥammad ibn Muʿammar narrated to us, Mughīrah ibn Salamah Abū Hishām narrated to us, ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn Ziyād narrated it. except that he said: "He said: wherever Allāh wills, he said: so likewise the Fire is wherever Allāh wills." al-Bazzār was also followed up, as al-Ḥākim said (1/36): Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Jawharī informed me—and the wording is his: Muḥammad ibn Isḥāq narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn Muʿammar ibn Rubaʿī al-Qaysī informed us: Abū Hishām al-Mughīrah ibn Salamah al-Makhzūmī narrated it, except that he said: "He said: likewise, Allāh does what He wills." al-Makhzūmī was also followed up, as al-Ḥākim also reported it through the route of Abū al-Nuʿmān Muḥammad ibn al-Faḍl: ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn Ziyād narrated it. and he said: "A ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs." And al-Dhahabī agreed with him. I say: it is only according to the criteria of Muslim, because ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Aṣamm was not narrated from by al-Bukhārī, and he is trustworthy as Ibn Maʿīn and others said. He is the brother of ʿUbayd Allāh ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Aṣamm, and both were mentioned by Ibn Ḥibbān in "al-Thiqāt" (7/36 and 142). The elder of them is ʿAbd Allāh, and both narrate from their uncle Yazīd ibn al-Aṣamm, and from each of them, ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn Ziyād, as in "al-Jarḥ wa-al-Taʿdīl" and others. It seems that for this reason, the narrators or the compilers differed regarding the narrator of this ḥadīth—whether it is ʿAbd Allāh the elder, or ʿUbayd Allāh the younger? It appeared in "Musnad Isḥāq" and "al-Mustadrak" of al-Ḥākim as the elder, and it appeared in "al-Iḥsān" and in "Musnad al-Bazzār" as the younger, and likewise it appeared in "Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim" (2/59) where he also narrated another ḥadīth regarding what interrupts prayer, which he narrated from his teacher Isḥāq ibn Rāhwayh with the isnād mentioned above, but he said: "ʿUbayd Allāh..." and it is strange that the ḥāfiẓ mentioned this interruption in the biography of ʿAbd Allāh the elder, and he followed his source "Tahdhīb al-Mizzī" in that, as he mentioned it in..
