that Allāh's Messenger (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: "The curse of wine is on ten aspects..." the ḥadīth. It was narrated by Ibn Lahīʿah and others from Abū Ṭuʿmah with it. It is included in "al-Irwāʾ" (5/365/1529), and Ibn Lahīʿah said in a narration: "I do not know what his name is." It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/71). I said: This statement by Ibn Lahīʿah indicates that Abū Ṭuʿmah is not well-known by his name, and therefore I had said in "Ṣaḥīḥ Abī Dāwūd": "He is more famous by his kunyah." It became clear to me from what has been mentioned that Hilāl is Abū Ṭuʿmah, as affirmed by al-Dhahabī and others. If that is the case, then he is trustworthy as al-Dhahabī said in the kunyahs of "al-Kāshif," contrary to the statement of al-Ḥāfiẓ: "Accepted" due to the narration of a group of trustworthy individuals from him and the endorsement of Ibn ʿAmmār al-Mawṣilī, and based on this, our judgment on the ḥadīth differs from what we previously said in the commentary on "al-Kalim al-Ṭayyib" that it is ḥasan, and it becomes authentic in itself, and it is further strengthened by the first path from Asmāʾ, and by its witnesses from ʿĀʾishah and Ibn ʿAbbās, and all praise is due to Allāh who guided us to this, and we would not have been guided if Allāh had not guided us. (Note): The wording of the ḥadīth according to Ibn Ḥibbān in "al-Mawārid": "Allāh, Allāh is my Lord, I do not associate anything with Him, Allāh, Allāh is my Lord, I do not associate anything with Him." Thus, twice; I do not know if the narration with him is like this, or if it is a typographical error, and the first is more likely since al-Jazarī mentioned it likewise by the narration of Ibn Ḥibbān in "ʿUddat al-Ḥiṣn al-Ḥaṣīn" (p. 194) contrary to his explanation "al-Tuḥfah" by al-Shawkānī and contrary to "al-Iḥsān" (2/112/861)
الله صلىالله عليه وسلم: " لعنت الخمرة على عشرة وجوه.. " الحديث. وقد رواه ابنلهيعة وغيره عن أبي طعمة به. وهو مخرج في " الإرواء " (٥ / ٣٦٥ / ١٥٢٩)وقال ابن لهيعة في رواية: " لا أعرف أيش اسمه ". أخرجه أحمد (٢ / ٧١) . قلت: فقول ابن لهيعة هذا يدل على أن أبا طعمة غير مشهور باسمه، ولذلك كنت قلت في" صحيح أبي داود: " وهو بكنيته أشهر ". فتبين لي مما تقدم أن هلالا هو أبوطعمة كما جزم بذلك الذهبي وغيره. وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، فهو ثقة كما قالالذهبي في كنى " الكاشف "، خلافا لقول الحافظ: " مقبول " لرواية جمع منالثقات عنه وتوثيق ابن عمار الموصلي إياه، وبناء عليه يختلف حكمنا علىالحديث عما قلناه سابقا في التعليق على " الكلم الطيب " أنه حسن، ويصير صحيحالذاته، ويزداد قوة بالطريق الأولى عن أسماء، وبشاهديه عن عائشة وابن عباس، والحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله تعالى. (تنبيه) : لفظ الحديث عند ابن حبان في " الموارد ": " الله الله ربي، لا أشركبه شيئا، الله الله ربي، لا أشرك به شيئا ". هكذا مرتين، فلا أدري إذا كانتالرواية عنده هكذا، أو أنه خطأ مطبعي، ويرجح الأول أن الجزري ذكره كذلكبرواية ابن حبان في " عدة الحصن الحصين " (ص ١٩٤) خلافا لشرحه " التحفة "للشوكاني " وخلافا لـ " الإحسان " (٢ / ١١٢ / ٨٦١) .
