and al-Suyūṭī attributed it in "al-Jāmiʿ al-Kabīr" with the wording of al-Tirmidhī mentioned earlier to Ibn ʿAsākir from Anas, attributing it to Ibn Masʿūd and Jābir as a statement from them. I did not find the isnād of Jābir. As for (Ibn Masʿūd), it was recorded in "al-Muṣannaf" (10/300/9499) through the route of Ismāʿīl from Abū Sinān with his isnād mentioned earlier from him, but it was stopped, and it does not harm the marfūʿ because it is considered as such. I have found a very brief supporting narration for it, from the narration of Dāwūd ibn al-Zubraqān from al-Warrāq from Nāfiʿ from Ibn ʿUmar who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said one day to his Companions: "Say: 'Subḥān Allāh wa-bi-ḥamdih' one hundred times. Whoever says it once will have ten recorded for him, whoever says it ten times will have one hundred recorded for him, whoever says it one hundred times will have one thousand recorded for him, and whoever increases will have it increased, and whoever seeks forgiveness from Allāh will be forgiven." It was narrated by al-Tirmidhī (3466) who said: "A ḥasan gharīb ḥadīth." Thus he said, and it was affirmed by al-Shawkānī in "Tuhfat al-Dhākirīn" (p. 237 and 254)! However, there is a consideration from two aspects: First: Maṭar al-Warrāq, the ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful but makes many mistakes." The second: Dāwūd ibn al-Zubraqān, the ḥāfiẓ said: "Abandoned, and al-Azdī accused him of lying." However, the ḥāfiẓ al-Mizzī indicated in "al-Tuhfah" (6/232) that al-Nasāʾī recorded it in "al-Yawm wa-al-Laylah" through the route of Rūḥ ibn al-Qāsim and al-Muthannā ibn Yazīd from Maṭar with a similar narration
