I said: And it is weak, and this al-Haytham ibn ʿAṭiyyah is also unknown to me, and perhaps it is ".. from ʿAṭiyyah" as mentioned earlier in the narration of Abū Isḥāq al-Ḥarbī. And Allāh knows best. (Note): One of the scholars authored a treatise on the manner of rising in prayer, published in the year (1406), in which he interpreted some authentic ḥadīths contrary to the interpretation of the scholars, and included weak ḥadīths to support his interpretation. He weakened this authentic ḥadīth with matters and reasons that indicated it would have been better for him not to involve himself in what he does not excel at. I responded to him with an extensive refutation, clarifying his errors in ḥadīth and fiqh in my book "Tamām al-Minnah" (pp. 196-207). Whoever wishes to explore further may refer to it.

- "It is from the sunnah to descend at (al-Abṭaḥ) on the evening of departure." It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Awsaṭ" (1/198/2 - 199/1) who said: Ḥusayn ibn Muḥammad ibn Ḥātim al-ʿAjl said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad al-Adramī informed us, saying: al-Qāsim ibn Yazīd al-Jarmī informed us, saying: Sufyān informed us from Manṣūr from Ibrāhīm from al-Aswad from ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb who said: and he mentioned it. And he said: "No one narrated it from Sufyān except al-Qāsim al-Jarmī." I said: And he is trustworthy by consensus, and likewise is al-Adramī, the narrator from him. As for Ḥusayn ibn Muḥammad - who is known as ʿUbayd al-ʿAjl - he is a trustworthy, precise memorizer as stated by al-Khaṭīb (8/94) and he is among the biographies in al-Dhahabī's "Tadhkirat al-Ḥuffāẓ." As for those above them, they are all trustworthy, from the narrators of the two Shaykhs, and one does not question about the likes of them
