- "Jesus received his argument, and Allāh met him with His words" * (And [beware the Day] when Allāh will say, 'O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, "Take me and my mother as deities besides Allāh?"') * (1), so Allāh met him with" * (Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right) * (2), the entire verse." It was recorded by al-Tirmidhī (3064) from Ṭāwūs from Abū Hurayrah who said: He mentioned it as a mawqūf report up to the completion of the first verse, then he elevated the rest, saying: Abū Hurayrah said from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam): So Allāh met him... and there is no doubt that all of it is marfūʿ, and al-Tirmidhī said: "A ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth." I said: And it is according to the conditions of Muslim.

- "A generation will emerge who recite the Quran, but it will not go beyond their throats. Whenever a group emerges, it will be cut off until the Dajjāl appears among them." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (1/74): Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us, Yaḥyá ibn Ḥamzah narrated to us, al-Awzāʿī narrated from Nāfiʿ from Ibn ʿUmar who said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: and he mentioned it. Al-Būṣīrī said in "Zawāʾid" (13/1): "Its isnād is authentic, and al-Bukhārī used all its narrators as evidence." I said: But Ibn ʿAmmār, al-Ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful, a reciter, he grew old and began to be prompted, so his earlier ḥadīth is more authentic."
