- "When it was the day before the Day of Tarwiyah, he would deliver a sermon to the people and inform them of their rituals." This was recorded by al-Ḥākim (1/461) and from him by al-Bayhaqī (5/111) from Abū Qurrah, from Mūsá ibn ʿUqbah, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn ʿUmar as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. Al-Ḥākim said: "Its isnād is authentic," and al-Dhahabī agreed, adding: "Abū Qurrah al-Zubaydī was unique in narrating it." I say: He is trustworthy, and his name is Mūsá ibn Ṭāriq al-Yamānī. ʿAmr ibn Majmaʿ also followed him in narrating from Mūsá ibn ʿUqbah with it. It was recorded by Ibn Khuzaymah in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (Q 246/1). And this ʿAmr was weakened by some, as al-Dhahabī mentioned.

- "When he walked, it was as if he leaned on something." Narrated by Abū Dāwūd (2/297), al-Ḥākim (4/281), Abū al-Shaykh in "Akhlaq al-Nabī ﷺ" (p. 98), and Abū al-ʿAbbās al-Aṣamm in "Ḥadīth" (vol. 3, no. 127) from Ḥumayd al-Ṭawīl, who heard Anas ibn Mālik say it, as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. Al-Ḥākim said: "Authentic according to the criteria of al-Shaykhayn," and al-Dhahabī agreed, and it is as they said. It was also recorded by Ibn Saʿd (1/413) from the narration of Ḥammād ibn Salamah, from Thābit, from Anas with it, except that he said: "When he walked, he leaned." Its isnād is authentic according to the criteria of Muslim, and it was recorded in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (7/81), as well as by Aḥmad (3/228 and 270), al-Dārimī (1/31), and also by Abū al-Shaykh
