Saʿīd with a similar elevated chain. It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (1/356-357), who said: "Authentic according to the criteria of Muslim," and al-Dhahabī agreed with him, and it is as they said. It has supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of Jābir with an elevated chain. It was recorded by Muslim (3/57), Abū Dāwūd (2/64), al-Nasāʾī (1/272), and Aḥmad (3/319, 335, 354). (Note): This ḥadīth is among the few that have been abrogated by the action and command of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), and I have mentioned some of the ḥadīths related to this in "Aḥkām al-Janāʾiz" (p. 78), so refer to it.
سعيد مرفوعا نحوه. أخرجه الحاكم (١ / ٣٥٦ - ٣٥٧)، وقال: " صحيح على شرط مسلم "، ووافقه الذهبي وهو كما قالا. وله شاهد من حديث جابر مرفوعا به. أخرجه مسلم (٣ / ٥٧) وأبو داود (٢ / ٦٤) والنسائي (١ / ٢٧٢) وأحمد (٣ / ٣١٩، ٣٣٥، ٣٥٤). O Allāh, conceal our faults and calm our fears. It was recorded by Aḥmad (3/3) and al-Bazzār in "Musnad" (3119 - Kashf al-Astār) from Rabīḥ ibn Abī Saʿīd al-Khudrī from his father (from his grandfather) who said: "We said on the Day of the Trench: O Messenger of Allāh! Is there something we can say, for our hearts have reached our throats? He said: Yes, O Allāh... (and he mentioned it). He said: So Allāh struck the faces of His enemies with the wind, and Allāh defeated them with the wind." I said: And this isnād is weak, Rabīḥ, this one, a group narrated from him, and Aḥmad said about him: "He is not well-known." Al-Bukhārī said: "His ḥadīth is rejected." Abū Zurʿah said:
