the intention of al-Mundhirī is evident from the wording of al-Haythamī, as it is explicit in that regard. I said: this suggests that al-Athram did not exclusively narrate it. And Allāh knows best. As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās, it is narrated by Ḥakīm ibn Jubayr from him, raised [to the Prophet]. It was recorded by Ibn ʿAdī (vol. 89, p. 1). Ḥakīm ibn Jubayr is considered weak, as mentioned in "Taqrīb." As for the ḥadīth of ʿĀʾishah, al-Mundhirī attributed it (3/237) to al-Ḥākim, similar to the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās, but I did not find it in al-Ḥākim's "Mustadrak" after reviewing it in its likely places. I said: the ḥadīth provides clear evidence that it is prohibited for a wealthy neighbor to leave their neighbors hungry, and it is obligatory for them to offer what would relieve their hunger, as well as clothing if they are unclothed, and similar necessities
مرادالمنذري بدليل عبارة الهيثمي فإنها صريحة في ذلك.قلت: فهذا يشعر أنه لم يتفرد به الأثرم هذا. والله أعلم.وأما حديث ابن عباس، فيرويه حكيم بن جبير عنه مرفوعا به.أخرجه ابن عدي (ق ٨٩ / ١) .وحكيم بن جبير ضعيف كما في " التقريب ".وأما حديث عائشة، فعزاه المنذري (٣ / ٢٣٧) للحاكم نحو حديث ابن " عباس "ولم أره في مستدرك الحاكم الآن بعد مراجعته في مظانه.قلت: وفي الحديث دليل واضح على أنه يحرم على الجار الغني أن يدع جيرانهجائعين، فيجب عليه أن يقدم إليهم ما يدفعون به الجوع، وكذلك ما يكتسون به إنكانوا عراة، ونحو ذلك من الضروريات.
