"Allāh said: O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me..." It has been previously mentioned under number (127), and the ḥadīth is considered ḥasan due to other supporting narrations. Note: The term (Akhsham) appears in "al-Musnad" with a mīm. In "al-Taʿjīl," it is (Akhshan) with a nūn, which is correct, as it was recorded by the ḥāfiẓ ʿAbd al-Ghanī ibn Saʿīd al-Azdī in "al-Muʾtalif wa-al-Mukhtalif" p. (5) as "with a dotted khāʾ and a dotted shīn and a nūn." And for the first part of the ḥadīth, there is another supporting narration from Abū Hurayrah with similar wording: "If you were to err..." It has been previously mentioned under number (903).
" قال الله: يا ابن آدم إنك مادعوتني.. ". وقد مضى برقم (١٢٧) ، فالحديث حسن لغيره. تنبيه: (أخشم) هكذا وقع في " المسند " بالميم. وفي التعجيل: (أخشن) بالنون وهو الصواب، فقد ضبطه الحافظ عبد الغني بن سعيد الأزدي في " المؤتلف والمختلف " ص (٥) : " بالخاء المعجمة والشين المعجمة والنون ". وللحديث بشطره الأول شاهد آخر من حديث أبي هريرة نحوه بلفظ: " لو أخطأتم ". وقد مضى برقم (٩٠٣) .

"The wailing woman, if she does not repent before her death, will be raised on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of tar and an armor of scabs." It was recorded by Muslim (3/45) and Aḥmad (5/42, 343, 344) from Yaḥyá ibn Abī Kathīr, who reported that Zayd told him that Abū Salām told him that Abū Mālik al-Ashʿarī narrated it as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. It was also recorded by al-Ḥākim (1/383) from this chain with similar wording, and he said: "Authentic according to the criteria of al-Shaykhayn." Al-Dhahabī agreed with him. However, there is some scrutiny, as Zayd and his grandfather Abū Salām were not included by al-Bukhārī in "al-Ṣaḥīḥ," but rather in "al-Adab al-Mufrad." There is also a supporting narration from Abū Hurayrah previously mentioned in: "Four in my Ummah are not..." under number (735). I mentioned there that the fourth characteristic was not included, and I questioned whether it was omitted by the narrator or by the copyist of "al-Majmaʿ." Now, it seems more likely to me that the first is the case, as it was also omitted from "Kashf al-Astār ʿan Zawāʾid al-Bazzār" (800), and Allāh knows best.
" النائحة إذا لم تتب قبل موتها تقام يوم القيامة وعليها سربال من قطران ودرع من جرب ". أخرجه مسلم (٣ / ٤٥) وأحمد (٥ / ٤٢ و ٣٤٣ و ٣٤٤) عن يحيى بن أبي كثير أن زيد حدثه أن أبا سلام حدثه أن أبا مالك الأشعري حدثه به مرفوعا. وأخرجه الحاكم (١ / ٣٨٣) من هذا الوجه نحوه، وقال: " صحيح على شرط الشيخين ". ووافقه الذهبي. وفيه نظر، فإن زيدا وجده أبا سلام لم يخرج لهما البخاري في " صحيحه "، بل في " الأدب المفرد ". وللحديث شاهد من حديث أبي هريرة سبق في: " أربع في أمتي ليس هم " تحت رقم (٧٣٥) . وقد ذكرت هناك أنه لم تذكر فيه الخصلة الرابعة، وتساءلت هل سقطت من الراوي أم من ناسخ " المجمع ". والآن فقد ترجح عندي الأول لأنها سقطت من " كشف الأستار عن زوائد البزار " (٨٠٠) أيضا، والله أعلم.
