"the trustworthy ones of Ibn Ḥibbān," and the existing copy of it in "al-Ẓāhiriyyah" contains only the volume of the Followers and their Followers. ʿAmr ibn Mālik al-Baṣrī disagreed with him and said: al-Fuḍayl ibn Sulaymān informed us, ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Isḥāq al-Qurashī informed us from Muḥammad ibn al-Munkadir from Anas with it. It was recorded by Abū Yaʿlá (3/918). And this ʿAmr, who is al-Rāsibī, is weak as mentioned in "al-Taqrīb." In summary, the ḥadīth is considered ḥasan by me due to its various chains. And Allāh knows best. The term "al-lāhīn" refers to children, as in the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās recorded by al-Ṭabarānī (11906) with a good chain. Thus, the ḥadīth is evidence that the children of disbelievers are in Paradise, and this is the preferred view as we mentioned in "Ẓilāl al-Jannah" (1/95), so refer to it.
" ثقاتابن حبان "، والنسخة الموجودة منه في " الظاهرية " لا يوجد منها إلا مجلدالتابعين وأتباعهم. وقد خالفه عمرو بن مالك البصري فقال: أخبرنا الفضيل بنسليمان أخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق القرشي عن محمد بن المنكدر عن أنس به. أخرجه أبو يعلى (٣ / ٩١٨) . وعمرو هذا وهو الراسبي ضعيف كما في " التقريب ". وجملة القول أن الحديث حسن عندي بمجموع طرقه. والله أعلم. والمراد بـ (اللاهين) الأطفال كما في حديث لابن عباس عند الطبراني (١١٩٠٦) بسند حسن. فالحديث من الأدلة على أن أطفال الكفار في الجنة، وهذا هو الراجح كما ذكرنافي " ظلال الجنة " (١ / ٩٥) فراجعه.

"The orphans of Badr have preceded you, but I will guide you to something better for you than that: glorify Allāh after every prayer with thirty-three glorifications, thirty-three praises, and thirty-three exaltations, and say there is no deity but Allāh alone, He has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him is due all praise, and He is over all things competent." It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (numbers 2987 and 5066 - Ḥimṣ) through the route of al-Faḍl ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḍumrī that Umm al-Ḥakam or Ḍubāʿah, the daughters of al-Zubayr ibn ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib, narrated to him from one of them that she said: "The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) captured some captives, so my sister, Fāṭimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), and I went to him and complained to him about our situation and asked him to give us something from the captives, and the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: " and he mentioned it. I said: And this isnād is authentic, its narrators are trustworthy except for al-Faḍl ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḍumrī, who was only deemed trustworthy by Ibn Ḥibbān (1/214), but a group of trustworthy narrators reported from him with his being a Successor, so one feels assured in using his ḥadīth as evidence.
- " سبقكن يتامى بدر، ولكن سأدلكن على ما هو خير لكن من ذلك، تكبرن الله علىإثر كل صلاة ثلاثا وثلاثين تكبيرة وثلاثا وثلاثين تسبيحة وثلاثا وثلاثينتحميدة ولا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك (له) ، له الملك وله الحمد وهو علىكل شيء قدير ". أخرجه أبو داود (رقم - ٢٩٨٧ و ٥٠٦٦ - حمص) من طريق الفضل بن الحسن الضمريأن أم الحكم أو ضباعة ابنتي الزبير بن عبد المطلب حدثته عن إحداهما أنهاقالت: " أصاب رسول الله ﷺ سبيا، فذهبت أنا وأختي وفاطمةبنت رسول الله ﷺ، فشكونا إليه ما نحن فيه وسألناه أن يأمرلنا بشيء من السبي، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: " فذكره. قلت: وهذا إسناد صحيح، رجاله ثقات غير الفضل بن الحسن الضمري، فقد وثقه ابنحبان وحده (١ / ٢١٤) لكن روى عنه جماعة من الثقات مع تابعيته، فالنفس تطمئنللاحتجاج بحديثه.
