severely. He narrated it in this way. and once he said: from his father as a marfūʿ ḥadīth, he did not say: "from someone who heard the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)". It was recorded by Ibn Abī Shaybah in his "Musnad" (2/1/2 - Rabat edition), al-Ṭaḥāwī in "Sharḥ al-Maʿānī" (2/202), and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" as mentioned in "al-Majmaʿ" (4/83). and once he said: my father told me. Instead of "from someone who heard the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)". Aḥmad also narrated it as mentioned in "al-Majmaʿ" and al-Ṭabarānī, except that he said: from his father from his grandfather. al-Ḥāfiẓ mentioned in the biography of Abū Yazīd from "al-Iṣābah" these aspects of the differences and others, then he said: "and the inconsistency in it is from ʿAṭāʾ ibn al-Sāʾib, for he became confused". I say: so the statement of al-Saffārīnī in "Sharḥ al-Thulāthiyyāt" (1/162): "al-Ṭabarānī narrated it with a ṣaḥīḥ isnād", is not correct! Yes, the ḥadīth is ṣaḥīḥ due to other evidence, for I found a supporting narration from the ḥadīth of Jābir (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu) who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: "Leave the people so Allāh may provide for some of them through others..." etc. It was recorded by al-Bayhaqī (5/347) with a weak isnād from him. But the first part of it is ṣaḥīḥ from him, recorded by Muslim and others through another route from Jābir as a marfūʿ ḥadīth, and it is included in "Aḥādīth Buyūʿ al-Mawsūʿah". And the other part of it has supporting evidence from the narration of Abū Hurayrah at the end of his ḥadīth: "The rights of a Muslim over another Muslim are six... and if he seeks your advice, advise him...". It was recorded by Muslim and others, and its documentation has passed under number (1832).
شديدا. فرواه هكذا. وقال مرة: عن أبيه مرفوعا، لم يقل: " عمن سمع النبي ﷺ ". أخرجه ابن أبي شيبة في " مسنده " (٢ / ١ / ٢ - نسخة الرباط) والطحاوي في " شرح المعاني " (٢ / ٢٠٢) والطبراني في " الكبير " كما في " المجمع " (٤ / ٨٣). ومرة قال: حدثني أبي. مكان " عمن سمع النبي ﷺ ". رواه أحمد أيضا كما في " المجمع " والطبراني إلا أنه قال: عن أبيه عن جده. وقد ذكر الحافظ في ترجمة أبي يزيد من " الإصابة " هذه الوجوه من الاختلاف وغيرها، ثم قال: " والاضطراب فيه من عطاء بن السائب، فإنه كان اختلط ". قلت: فقول السفاريني في " شرح الثلاثيات " (١ / ١٦٢): " رواه الطبراني بإسناد صحيح "، فهو غير صحيح! نعم الحديث صحيح لغيره، فقد وجدت له شاهدا من حديث جابر ﵁ قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " دعوا الناس يرزق الله بعضهم من بعض.... " إلخ. أخرجه البيهقي (٥ / ٣٤٧) بسند ضعيف عنه. لكن الجملة الأولى منه صحيحة عنه أخرجها مسلم وغيره من طريق أخرى عن جابر مرفوعا وهو مخرج في " أحاديث بيوع الموسوعة ". والجملة الأخرى منه لها شاهد من رواية أبي هريرة في آخر حديثه: " حق المسلم على المسلم ست ... وإذا استنصحك فانصح له ... ". أخرجه مسلم وغيره وقد مضى تخريجه تحت رقم (١٨٣٢).
