third: from Anas ibn Mālik, reported with the wording: "Three things contain healing for every ailment except death: senna and honey. Muḥammad said: and I forgot the third." It is narrated by al-Nasāʾī, Samawayh, and al-Ḍiyāʾ from Anas as in "al-Jāmiʿ al-Kabīr" (2/1/2). (Senna): a plant resembling henna, its flower is bluish, and its seed is elongated. The best type is the Ḥijāzī, known as (Senna Makki). as in "al-Muʿjam al-Wasīṭ". and (honey): is honey. It is also said: thickened grape juice. It is also said: cumin. as in "al-Nihāyah", and the latter opinion is confirmed in "al-Wasīṭ".

"Three things will remain in my community: boasting about lineage, wailing, and reliance on stars." It is recorded by Abū Yaʿlá (3/975) and al-Ḍiyāʾ (156/2) from Zakarīyā ibn Yaḥyá ibn ʿAmārah from ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn Ṣuhayb from Anas who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: (and he mentioned it). I say: This isnād is good, its narrators are trustworthy, the men of al-Bukhārī, and there is some discussion about Zakarīyā, but his ḥadīth does not fall below the level of ḥasan, Allāh willing. The ḥāfiẓ said: "Trustworthy but makes mistakes." The ḥadīth has supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of Abū Mālik al-Ashʿarī and Abū Hurayrah, and their sources have been previously mentioned (733 and 734) with the wording: "Four in my community..." It has also been narrated from Abū Hurayrah with the wording: "Three..." which follows after a ḥadīth. (Reliance on stars): plural of nawʾ, which is a star that sets in the west at dawn, with the rise of another
