" ... and Dhī Bilyān" and it is not free from error, and perhaps the correct version is what is in "al-Nihāyah": "... Dhī Bilā and Dhī Bilā. In another narration: Dhī Bilyān. That is, if they are groups and factions without a leader. And whoever is far from you so that you do not know his location, he is in Dhī Bilā. It is from "balā" in the land when it is lost. He meant the loss of people's affairs after him."

- "Before the Hour, there will be thirty impostors and liars." It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/117-118) from ʿAlī ibn Zayd from Yūsuf ibn Mihrān from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUmar that there was a man from the people of Kūfah with him, and he began to tell him about al-Mukhtār. Ibn ʿUmar said: "If it is as you say, then I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say..." and he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is weak. Yūsuf ibn Mihrān is lenient in ḥadīth, and no one narrated from him except ʿAlī ibn Zayd, who is Ibn Judʿān and he is weak. But there is another route for it with Aḥmad as well (2/104) from the route of ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Naʿīm al-Aʿrajī who said: "A man asked Ibn ʿUmar - and I was with him - about temporary marriage, the temporary marriage of women, so he became angry and said: By Allāh, we were not fornicators or adulterers during the time of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), then he said: By Allāh, I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: 'Before the false messiah, there will be thirty liars, or more.'" Its narrators are trustworthy except for this ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, about whom Ibn Abī Ḥātim said (2/2/293) from Abū Zurʿah: "I do not know him except in the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) 'Before the false messiah...' and he mentioned it. For this reason, al-Ḥusaynī said: "There is ignorance about him. And al-Ḥāfiẓ confirmed it in "al-Taʿjīl."
