if you do not know, then that is a misfortune... and if you do know, then the misfortune is greater this man and those like him among the followers of tradition harshly criticize the believing youth, for no reason other than that they follow the correct sunnah and do not adhere to a specific school of thought to imitate—as is required by the Book, the sunnah, and following the four imams and others—claiming that they are not among the people of knowledge, thus obligating them to follow a school, while forgetting themselves when they write about the science of ḥadīth, being more ignorant of it than those Sunnis are of their traditional jurisprudence! without realizing at all that they are causing corruption in the second foundation of the foundations of the sharīʿah, which is the purified sunnah, and that they are thereby exposing themselves to the threat of lying about the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) either intentionally or ignorantly, so that at the very least, the saying of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) applies to them: "Whoever relates a ḥadīth from me that is seen (meaning by the people of knowledge in ḥadīth) to be false, then he is one of the liars." Narrated by Muslim and others. for the first ḥadīth which he falsely attributed to al-Tirmidhī is itself also not authentic, as stated by the leader of the ḥadīth scholars, al-Bukhārī, because it is narrated by Nahshal ibn Saʿīd, who is a liar as said by Imām Ibn Rāhwayh and before him al-Ṭayālisī, and there is another weak narrator in it, which I have documented in the other book: "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (2416). I previously mentioned what good opinion of him would require, that the documentation of those ḥadīths is not his, but I found the man—due to his deep ignorance—does not allow me to remain with what I mentioned, for I found in the body of his earlier booklet other lies similar to those, along with other errors, which I must clarify as advice and warning. 1- He mentioned (p. 67) the ḥadīth "... and I have prescribed for you its standing," and said:
فإن كنت لا تدري فتلك مصيبة ... وإن كنت تدري فالمصيبة أعظم إن هذا الرجل وأمثاله من المقلدين يقيمون أشد النكير على الشباب المؤمن، لا لشيء إلا لكونهم يتبعون السنة الصحيحة، ولا يلتزمون مذهباً معيناً يقلدونه -كما هو الواجب كتاباً وسنة واتباعاً للأئمة الأربعة وغيرهم- بدعوى أنهم ليسوا من أهل العلم، فيوجبون عليهم أن يقلدوا المذهب، وينسون أنفسهم حين يكتبون في علم الحديث وهم به أجهل من أولئك السُّنِّيِّين بفقههم التقليدي! دون أن يشعروا مطلقاً بأنهم يعيثون فساداً في الأصل الثاني من أصلي الشريعة، ألا وهي السنة المطهرة وأنهم يتعرضون بذلك للوقوع في وعيد الكذب على رسول الله ﷺ عمداً أو جهلاً، فيصدق عليهم على الأقل قوله ﷺ: "من حدث عني بحديث يُرى (أي عند أهل العلم بالحديث) أنه كذب فهو أحد الكذابَيْن". رواه مسلم وغيره. فإن الحديث الأول الذي عزاه للترمذي كذباً، هو نفسه أيضاً لا يصح كما قال إمام المحدثين البخاري، لأنه من رواية نهشل بن سعيد وهو كذاب كما قال الإمام ابن راهويه ومن قبله الطيالسي، وفيه راو آخر واهٍ، وقد خرجته في الكتاب الآخر: "الضعيفة" (٢٤١٦) . ذكرت آنفاً ما يقتضيه حسن الظن به أن تخريج تلك الأحاديث ليست له، ولكني وجدت الرجل -لإغراقه في جهله- لا يَدَعني أن أبقى عند ما ذكرتُ، فقد وجدته وقع له في صلب كتيبه المتقدم أكاذيب أخرى تشبه تلك مشابهة تامة، إلى أخطاء أخرى، لا بُد لي من بيانها نصحاً وتحذيراً. ١- ذكر (ص ٦٧) حديث " ... وسننت لكم قيامه"، وقال:
