the first: from Jābir who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it similarly. It was recorded by Abū al-Shaykh in "Ṭabaqāt al-Aṣbahāniyyīn" (86/1 and 91/2) through the route of Muḥammad ibn Dīnār from Dāwūd ibn Abī Hind from al-Shaʿbī from him. I say: This isnād is good for corroborating reports, its men are trustworthy, the men of Muslim, except for Muḥammad ibn Dīnār who is al-Azdī al-Ṭāmī. Al-Ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful but poor in memory." and the other: from ʿĀʾishah who said to Fāṭimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam): Shall I not give you glad tidings? I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: and he mentioned it with the wording: "The leading women of the people of Paradise are four..." and he mentioned them. It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (3/185) and he said: "Authentic according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs." Al-Dhahabī agreed with him, and it is as they said.
الأول: عن جابر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: فذكره نحوه. أخرجه أبو الشيخ في " طبقات الأصبهانيين " (٨٦ / ١ و ٩١ / ٢) من طريق محمد بن دينار عن داود بن أبي هند عن الشعبي عنه. قلت: وهذا إسناد حسن في الشواهد، رجاله ثقات رجال مسلم غير محمد بن دينار وهو الأزدي الطامي قال الحافظ: " صدوق سيىء الحفظ ". والآخر: عن عائشة قالت لفاطمة بنت رسول الله ﷺ ألا أبشرك إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: فذكره بلفظ: " سيدات نساء أهل الجنة أربع ... " فذكرهن. أخرجه الحاكم (٣ / ١٨٥) وقال: " صحيح على شرط الشيخين ". ووافقه الذهبي، وهو كما قالا.

"When one of you takes charge of his brother, let him improve his shroud, for they will be resurrected in their shrouds and visit each other in their shrouds." It was recorded by al-Khaṭīb in "al-Tārīkh" (9/80) through the route of Saʿīd ibn Salām al-ʿAṭṭār who reported to us from Abū Maysarah from Qatādah from Anas who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is weak, Saʿīd ibn Salām was declared a liar by Ibn Numayr, and al-Bukhārī said: he is mentioned for fabricating ḥadīth. Others also weakened him, but al-ʿAjīlī uniquely said: there is no harm in him. And I do not know Abū Maysarah, and Shuʿbah contradicted him by narrating from Qatādah with it without the statement: "for they will be resurrected...." It was also recorded by al-Khaṭīb (4/160). This portion of the ḥadīth is certainly authentic, recorded in "al-Janāʾiz" (p. 58), so let us examine the rest of it
" إذا ولي أحدكم أخاه فليحسن كفنه، فإنهم يبعثون في أكفانهم ويتزاورون في أكفانهم ". أخرجه الخطيب في " التاريخ " (٩ / ٨٠) من طريق سعيد بن سلام العطار حدثنا أبو ميسرة عن قتادة عن أنس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: فذكره. قلت: وهذا إسناد هالك، سعيد بن سلام هذا كذبه ابن نمير، وقال البخاري: يذكر بوضع الحديث. وضعفه آخرين، وشذ العجيلي فقال: لا بأس به. وأبو ميسرة لم أعرفه، وقد خالفه شعبة فرواه عن قتادة به دون قوله: " فإنهم يبعثون.... ". أخرجه الخطيب أيضا (٤ / ١٦٠). وهذا القدر من الحديث صحيح قطعا مخرج في " الجنائز " (ص ٥٨)، فلننظر في باقيه.
