It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (2/536-537 - al-Ḥalabī), Ibn Khuzaymah in "al-Tawḥīd" (pp. 95-96), and al-Bayhaqī in "al-Asmāʾ wa-al-Ṣifāt" (p. 200) from Abū Muʿāwiyah, from al-Aʿmash, from Muslim ibn Ṣubayḥ, from Masrūq, from ʿAbd Allāh who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I said: This isnād is authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim. Then Ibn Khuzaymah recorded it through another route from Abū Muʿāwiyah and another route from al-Aʿmash, with it being mawqūf. And it was corroborated by Shuʿbah from Muslim with it being mawqūf. It was also corroborated by Manṣūr from him with it, and its wording is: "from Masrūq who said: ʿAbd Allāh was asked about this * (until when fear is removed from their hearts) * ... he said" and he mentioned it mawqūf similarly. I said: The mawqūf, even though it is more authentic than the marfūʿ, and for this reason al-Bukhārī suspended it in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (9/113 - Maṭbaʿat al-Fajalah), it does not undermine the marfūʿ because it is not said from personal opinion as is apparent, especially since it has a corroborating report from Abū Hurayrah, marfūʿ, similarly. It was recorded by al-Bukhārī, al-Tirmidhī (4/170 - Tuḥfah), Ibn Mājah (1/84), Ibn Khuzaymah (97), Abū Jaʿfar Ibn Abī Shaybah in "al-ʿArsh" (fol. 117/2), and al-Bayhaqī, some of them in detail and some in summary, and al-Tirmidhī said: "A ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth."

"When one of you performs ablution for prayer, let him not interlock his fingers." It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Awsaṭ" (1/fol. 4-5) through the route of ʿAtīq ibn Yaʿqūb al-Zuhrī who narrated to us from ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz al-Darāwardī, from Muḥammad ibn ʿAjlān, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it, and he said: "No one narrated it with this isnād except al-Darāwardī, and people narrated it from Ibn ʿAjlān from Saʿīd al-Maqburī from Kaʿb ibn ʿUjrah." Al-Haythamī critiqued it in "Zawāʾid" by saying: "I said: The ḥadīth of Kaʿb ibn ʿUjrah is with different wording and different meaning."
