al-Muṣīṣī, who is trustworthy as stated by al-Nasāʾī and others. It was narrated by al-Ājurī in "al-Ghurabāʾ" (1/2) from this aspect and by al-Tirmidhī (2/104) through another route from Ḥafṣ, without the question. He said: "It is ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ." It has two supporting narrations from the ḥadīth of Saʿd ibn Abī Waqqāṣ and ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr ibn al-ʿĀṣ with al-Dānī through two authentic isnāds. It was narrated by al-Harawī in "Dhamm al-Kalām" (146/1) and by al-Bayhaqī in "al-Zuhd al-Kabīr" (Q 23/2) from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh. Al-Harawī also narrated from Sahl ibn Saʿd, Ibn ʿUmar, and ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Sanah. It was narrated from Kathīr ibn ʿAbd Allāh from his father from his grandfather in a similar manner. Al-Lālakāʾī narrated it in "al-Sunnah" (1/26/1) from Jābir and from Abū Hurayrah similar to the ḥadīth of Ibn Masʿūd, and its origin is in "Muslim" (1/90) and Ibn ʿAdī (36/1) from Sahl as well, and likewise by al-Dūlābī (1/192-193). It was narrated by al-Luwaynī in "A Piece of His Ḥadīth" (2/1) from Ibn ʿUmar without the question. It was narrated by Tamām in "al-Fawāʾid" (148/1) from Sulaymān ibn Salamah al-Khubayrī, who reported from al-Muʾammal ibn Saʿīd al-Raḥbī from Ibrāhīm ibn Abī ʿAblah from Wāthilah ibn al-Asqaʿ in a marfūʿ manner. However, al-Khubayrī is abandoned. It was narrated by Ibn ʿAdī (234/1) from Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAyyāsh, who reported from Isḥāq ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī Furwah from Yūnus ibn Salīm from his grandmother from Maymūnah from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Sanah in a marfūʿ manner. He said: "I do not know of any other ḥadīth for ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Sanah except this one, and it is not known except from this narration." It was narrated by al-Tirmidhī (2/105) and Ibn ʿAdī (273/2) through the route of Kathīr ibn ʿAmr ibn ʿAwf from his father from his grandfather in a marfūʿ manner, and Ibn ʿAdī said: "Most of Kathīr's ḥadīths are not corroborated." As for al-Tirmidhī, he said: "It is ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ." I said: This is from his leniency, for Kathīr is very weak, and in his ḥadīth there is a phrase not found in any of the routes, and its wording is:
