I said: it is not as they said, for this al-Bālisī is accused, and al-Dhahabī himself mentioned him in "al-Mīzān" and said: "Ibn ʿAdī said he narrated strange things from trustworthy narrators. Abū al-Fatḥ al-Azdī said: "He used to fabricate ḥadīths." It was added in "al-Lisān": and al-Dāraquṭnī said: weak. Ibn Ḥibbān mentioned him in "al-Thiqāt" and said: "He used to make mistakes." And he has a fabricated ḥadīth with a ṣaḥīḥ isnād. Then he mentioned another ḥadīth of his besides this one.

- "The prayer of the penitent is when the young camels feel the heat of the sun." Narrated by Muslim (2/171) and Aḥmad (4/366-367, 370, 375) and Ibn Khuzaymah (1127) from al-Qāsim al-Shaybānī that Zayd ibn Arqam saw people praying during the forenoon, and he said: Indeed, they know that prayer at another time is better, for the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. In its isnād is an unknown [narrator] as I have clarified in "Ṣaḥīḥ Abū Dāwūd" (1286).

Narrated by Ibn Saʿd (8/325 and 326) and al-Ḥākim (4/404) from Ḥuṣayn ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān who said: I heard Abū ʿUbaydah ibn Ḥudhayfah narrating from his aunt Fāṭimah who said: I visited the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) among some women, and there was a water skin hanging with its water dripping on him due to the severity of the fever he was experiencing, so we said: O Messenger of Allāh, why don't you supplicate to Allāh to remove this from you, and he said ... and he mentioned it. I said: al-Ḥākim and al-Dhahabī were silent about it, and its isnād is ṣaḥīḥ in my view, its narrators are
