its light, and whoever is touched by that light is guided by it, and whoever misses it goes astray." It was recorded by al-Ājurī in "al-Sharīʿah" (p. 175). He said: ʾAkhbaranā al-Firyābī said: Ḥaddathanā ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Ibrāhīm al-Dimashqī said: Ḥaddathanā al-Walīd ibn Muslim said: Ḥaddathanā al-Awzāʿī said: Ḥaddathanā Rabīʿah ibn Yazīd from ʿAbd Allāh ibn al-Daylamī from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr ibn al-ʿĀṣ who said: He mentioned it as a marfūʿ ḥadīth and added at the end: "ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr said: That is why I say: The pen has dried with what is to be." Ibn al-Mubārak also followed him from al-Awzāʿī with it. It was recorded by Ibn Ḥibbān (1812). Muʿāwiyah ibn Ṣāliḥ also followed him from Rabīʿah ibn Yazīd with it. Abū Isḥāq al-Fazārī also followed him. It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (1/30) who said: "Authentic," and al-Dhahabī agreed with him. I say: Its chain is authentic, all its narrators are trustworthy. It has other routes with al-Ājurī and al-Tirmidhī (2/107) and Aḥmad (2/176, 197) from Ibn al-Daylamī.

Indeed, Allāh created Adam in His image, and his height was sixty cubits. It was recorded by Aḥmad (2/323): Ḥaddathanā Abū ʿĀmir said: Ḥaddathanā al-Mughīrah ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān from Abū al-Zinād from Mūsá ibn Abī ʿUthmān from his father from Abū Hurayrah as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. And this chain is weak due to Mūsá ibn Abī ʿUthmān and his father, as they are considered unknown, and in "al-Taqrīb" it is mentioned that they are acceptable if corroborated, and this ḥadīth is among those they did not narrate alone, for it was narrated by Hammām ibn Munabbih from Abū Hurayrah with a more complete wording, as previously mentioned under number (450). It was also narrated by Usāmah ibn Zayd from Saʿīd al-Maqburī from Abū Hurayrah as a marfūʿ ḥadīth with only the first part
