"the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) went out one day, alarmed, with his face reddened, saying": and he mentioned it.
" خرج رسول الله ﷺ يوما فزعا محمرا وجهه يقول ": فذكره.
- "No soul bears the burden of another." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (2/148): Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUbayd ibn ʿAqīl narrated to us, ʿAmr ibn ʿĀṣim narrated to us, Abū al-ʿAwām al-Qaṭṭān narrated to us from Muḥammad ibn Jaḥādah from Ziyād ibn ʿAlāqah from Usāmah ibn Sharīk as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. He said in "al-Zawāʾid": "Its isnād is authentic. Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh was mentioned by Ibn Ḥibbān in 'al-Thiqāt,' and al-Nasāʾī said: there is no harm in him. Abū al-ʿAwām al-Qaṭṭān, whose name is ʿImrān ibn Dāwur, was deemed trustworthy by the majority, and the rest of the men in the isnād meet the criteria of al-Shaykhayn." I say: ʿImrān is criticized regarding his memory, and in "al-Taqrīb": "truthful but makes mistakes," so his ḥadīth does not reach the level of ṣaḥīḥ, but it is ḥasan only. However, this ḥadīth of his is ṣaḥīḥ because it has a corroborating narration from the ḥadīth of al-Ashʿath ibn Sulaym from his father from a man from Banī Thaʿlabah ibn Yarbuʿ as a marfūʿ ḥadīth with this wording. It was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (2/251) and Aḥmad (5/377) and its isnād is ṣaḥīḥ, its men are the men of al-Shaykhayn. And it has another corroborating narration with the wording: "Verily, no one commits a sin except against himself..." and it will be mentioned, Allāh willing, under number (1974). And a third corroborating narration which is: "A mother does not bear the burden for her child, a mother does not bear the burden for her child."
- " لا تجني نفس على أخرى ". أخرجه ابن ماجه (٢ / ١٤٨) : حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبيد بن عقيل حدثنا عمرو بن عاصم حدثنا أبو العوام القطان عن محمد بن جحادة عن زياد بن علاقة عن أسامة بن شريك مرفوعا. قال في " الزوائد ": " إسناده صحيح، محمد بن عبد الله ذكره ابن حبان في " الثقات "، وقال النسائي: لا بأس به، وأبو العوام القطان اسمه عمران بن داور وثقه الجمهور وباقي رجال الإسناد على شرط الشيخين ". قلت: عمران متكلم فيه من جهة حفظه، وفي التقريب: " صدوق يهم "، فحديثه لا يبلغ درجة الصحيح، بل هو حسن فقط. غير أن حديثه هذا صحيح، لأن له شاهدا من حديث الأشعث بن سليم عن أبيه عن رجل من بني ثعلبة بن يربوع مرفوعا بهذا اللفظ. أخرجه النسائي (٢ / ٢٥١) وأحمد (٥ / ٣٧٧) وسنده صحيح رجاله رجال الشيخين. وله شاهد آخر بلفظ: " ألا لا يجني جان إلا على نفسه ... " وسيأتي إن شاء الله تعالى برقم (١٩٧٤) . وشاهد ثالث وهو: " لا تجني أم على ولد، لا تجني أم على ولد ".
