referring to it and attributed its wording to the narration of Asbat, without criticizing it, thus indicating its authenticity. And Allāh knows best. I said: This ḥadīth contains an important benefit, which is that the punishment is waived for one who repents with sincere repentance. This is the view adopted by Ibn al-Qayyim in his research in "al-Iʿlām," so refer to it (30/17-20, Saʿādah Press).

- "I would not like to imitate anyone even if I were given such and such." It was narrated by Ibn al-Mubārak in "al-Zuhd" (189/5 from al-Kawākib 575) no. 742, Ṭ: narrated to us Sufyān from ʿAlī ibn al-Aqmar from Abū Ḥudhayfah - a man from the companions of ʿAbdullāh - from ʿĀʾishah who said: I went to imitate a woman and a man in the presence of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), and the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said, and he mentioned it, adding at the end: "This is a grave matter." I said: This isnād is authentic according to the criteria of Muslim. It was narrated by Abū Nuʿaym in "Akhbār Aṣbahān" (2/278) through the route of al-Tirmidhī: narrated to us Abū Nuʿaym, narrated to us Sufyān and Masʿar with it. And al-Tirmidhī said (2/82): "A ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth."

- "The standing of one of you in the path of Allāh is better than sixty years of prayer alone. Do you not wish that Allāh forgives you and admits you to Paradise? Fight in the path of Allāh; whoever fights in the path of Allāh for the time it takes to milk a camel, Paradise becomes obligatory for him."
