Obedience to Leaders and Authorities and the Prohibition of Revolting Against Them
طَاعَة الْأَئِمَّة والأمراء وَمنع الْخُرُوج عَلَيْهِم
14 - Obedience to those in authority in matters that are pleasing to Allāh, and avoiding what is displeasing to Allāh. Refraining from revolting against them when they transgress and act unjustly, and repenting to Allāh so that He may incline them towards their subjects.
١٤ - وَالطَّاعَة لأولي الْأَمر فِيمَا كَانَ عِنْد الله ﷿ مرضيا وَاجْتنَاب مَا كَانَ عِنْد الله مسخطا. وَترك الْخُرُوج عِنْد تعديهم وجورهم وَالتَّوْبَة إِلَى الله ﷿ كَيْمَا يعْطف بهم على رعيتهم.
Refraining from Declaring the People of the Qiblah as Disbelievers
الْإِمْسَاك عَن تَكْفِير أهل الْقبْلَة
15 - Refraining from declaring the people of the Qiblah as disbelievers and disassociating from them in matters
