and in my opinion, they referred to two matters: the clear weakness of its isnād, and the other, the authenticity of its matn. This is something not hidden from anyone well-versed in the knowledge of the prophetic sunnah; for the three sentences have appeared separately in several ḥadīths: 1- As for his saying: "Do not swear by your fathers," it was narrated by al-Bukhārī and Muslim in their "Ṣaḥīḥayn" from the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar, and it is referenced in "al-Irwāʾ" (2560). It is also authentic from the ḥadīth of Abū Hurayrah and others with an addition in its matn, and it is referenced in "al-Mishkāt" (3418/second verification). 2- As for the sentence prohibiting facing or turning one's back [to the qiblah]; there are ḥadīths on this; the most authentic is the ḥadīth of Abū Ayyūb al-Anṣārī, with the wording: "When you go to relieve yourselves, do not face the qiblah nor turn your backs to it, but turn east or west." It was narrated by the two Shaykhs and others, and it is referenced in "al-Irwāʾ" under number (60). 3- As for the last sentence; it has a supporting narration from the ḥadīth of Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu) who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) forbade us from wiping with a bone or dung. It was narrated by Muslim, and Abū ʿAwānah in their "Ṣaḥīḥayn," and it is referenced in "Ṣaḥīḥ Abī Dāwūd" under number (29). It has a supporting narration from the ḥadīth of Ibn Masʿūd, raised with the addition: "for it is the provision of your brothers among the jinn." It was narrated by Muslim, and Abū ʿAwānah as well, but its matn has much variation and disorder, which is why I included it in "al-Aḥādīth al-Ḍaʿīfah" under number (1038), so refer to it if you wish.
