Mujālid from al-Shaʿbī from Jābir. Mujālid is well-known for his weakness, as I have pointed out repeatedly. 10- As for the ḥadīth of Abū Wāqid al-Laythī: it was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" (3297) through the route of al-Ḥimmānī from his father from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Āmīn from Saʿīd ibn al-Musayyib from him with it. Al-Haythamī mentioned it in "al-Majmaʿ" (9/45), and he criticized it due to (Yaḥyá ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd al-Ḥammānī). I said: And his father is truthful but has poor memory. Ibn Āmīn—or it is said: Ibn Yāmīn—is rejected in ḥadīth, as stated in "al-Mughnī" (1/376 and 389) by al-Dhahabī. 11- As for the ḥadīth of al-Barāʾ: it was narrated by al-Khaṭīb in "Tārīkh" (3/134) through the route of ʿAlī ibn Ibrāhīm al-Wāsiṭī from Wahb ibn Jarīr from Shuʿbah from Abū Isḥāq from him with it. I said: And all its narrators are trustworthy; however, it is anomalous. Al-Khaṭīb reported—immediately after it—from al-Dāraqutnī his statement: "ʿAlī ibn Ibrāhīm alone narrated it from Wahb ibn Jarīr from Shuʿbah! What is preserved is from Abū Isḥāq from ʿAbd Allāh." I said: And it has been mentioned earlier correctly
مجالد عن الشعبي عن جابر. ومجالد مشهور بالضعف؛ كما نبهت عليه مراراً. ١٠- أما حديث أبي واقد الليثي: فرواه الطبراني في "الكبير" (٣٢٩٧) من طريق الحِمّاني عن أبيه عن عبد الرحمن بن آمين عن سعيد بن المسيّب عنه به. وقد أورده الهيثمي في "المجمع " (٩/٤٥) ، وأعله بـ (يحيى بن عبد الحميد الحماني) . قلت: وأبوه صدوق سيئ الحفظ. وابن آمين- ويقال: ابن يامين- منكر الحديث؛ كما في "المغني " (١/٣٧٦ و ٣٨٩) للذهبي. ١١- أما حديث البراء: فرواه الخطيب في "تاريخه " (٣/١٣٤) من طريق علي بن إبراهيم الواسطي عن وهب بن جرير عن شعبة عن أبي إسحاق عنه به. قلت: ورجاله كلهم ثقات؛ لكنه شاذ؛ فقد نقل الخطيب- عقبه- عن الدارقطني قوله:" تفرد به علي بن إبراهيم عن وهب بن جرير عن شعبة! والمحفوظ عن أبي إسحاق عن عبد الله ". قلت: وقد تقدم هكذا على الصواب.
